Warranty

Headphones, Amplifiers, Digital Analog Converters and accessories have 1 year warranty

Exchange

All items can be exchanged within 7 days from the date you receive them either you bought them online or to our showroom

Please bring along your receipt to our showroom.

Please check the item thoroughly before providing your signature on the delivery receipt to ensure no damage has taken place.

In case you find any issue with the item, please contact our staff immediately and reject the delivery.

Payment

Online payment can be made via PayPal, credit card (Through PayPal) and online bank transfer.
Payment at the store can be made via cash, credit card, and debit card, and bank transfer.

Shipping

All products will be shipped within 24 hours if in stock.

For products requiring to be ordered to the supplier, the lead time will be requested from the brand and the customer will be informed within 24 hours.
