I had a chance to enjoy it a bit with the Auris DHP DAC and the Utopia speakers; it was a real treat. It has great potential. The break-in period will certainly bring a more refined sound in a few days, but you can immediately tell it's truly good equipment. I feel like I'm repeating myself every time I receive equipment from you, but anyway, it's all a very good sign.

This amp is truly addictive, just as you say on your website. There's no doubt it will provide me with many more enjoyable moments in the future, since it already is !

Provided the recordings are up to par, these two Apollon monoblocks truly are purveyors of magic.

It's a real head-turner, between the emotion triggered by the richness, the smoothness, the infinite nuances of timbre, the shivers that run through us with the almost physical impact and the massive weight of the notes; and then the brain rejoices at this devilishly precise image.

Really, thank you.Especially since the Apollon amps enhance both the Susvara and the Abyss Phi TC so beautifully, and it's with real relish that I switch from one to the other depending on the music I'm listening to and my mood. Need subtlety and tonal beauty? Then, the Hifiman. Want to be completely blown away, to feel the music deep in my gut ? Then, bam, the Abyss. And with both, you can crank the volume to indecent levels without losing coherence.

Seriously, what a blast!

Oh, and your cable is fantastic. It perfectly eliminates the slight "hum" that I was hearing with both the Susvara and the Abyss. Bravo for the design! And thanks again for the gift !

I received the package in perfect condition.

I couldn't resist comparing the original Kennerton cable with your Vectura C.

First of all, the workmanship is just as meticulous as the packaging, thank you. The comfort of this flexible cable is truly superb, which is already a big plus.

But where I'm particularly pleased with my purchase (and therefore with your work) is, of course, the sound !

This is also where the Fostex HPA8-mk2 is so useful to me : I can compare the two cables in three seconds on the same track.

Perhaps "spectacular" would be a bit of an exaggeration, but the improvement is very, very noticeable : slightly higher gain, mor mechanisms, percussion, keys, frets, and breaths.

I sometimes felt that the original wired headphones had to "choose" between two frequency "stages" when mids and bass coincided, a sort of acoustic "pump" effect that pushed certain low frequencies to the forefront, slightly masking higher frequencies (typically, a double bass could very slightly overpower the room's ambiance, applause, or even the performer's voice), potentially causing fatigue. This is no longer the case; there is no longer any competition, but true harmony, a soothing smoothness, gradual progression, and precision. It's no longer the headphones that "choose," it's me, if I so choose.

The stereo imaging is more pronounced, and there's also an improvement in depth (even if the layers sometimes seem a little closer together on certain recordings, which makes the sound-stage both more natural and more believable; above all, they are better defined and more distinct), enough to give a greater sense of specialization.

There's less micro-saturation when the recording (whether good or "bad") pushes the limits of the Kennerton Thridi, in both the bass and treble frequencies. On the most demanding or best-recorded tracks, I feel like I'm practically rediscovering the music; some backgrounds that were previously almost inaudible are now within reach of analysis. And from a less analytical perspective, this increased precision also allows me to relax more easily, because I can already see how much less effort my hearing has to make to compensate for the dynamics, as the sound seems "lighter"... while simultaneously gaining in texture ! (which may seem paradoxical).

Truly, what a beautiful piece of work ! Thank you again for your professionalism and the quality of your work and materials. The music is so well presented that it fills me with enthusiasm : Thanks to you, there's less distance between me and the music and the emotions it evokes...

Yesterday I visited Pierre Paya shop to find my headphones : Pierre received me like a VIP; it was just him and me in this beautiful space dedicated to headphones and amplifiers. Needless to say, the listening and selection conditions were optimal. Extremely attentive to my needs and tastes, Pierre tactfully helped me avoid the two pitfalls that await every passionate audiophile : the "always more" and the "you name it" mentality.

His shop offers a selection of headphones and amplifiers that can be considered among the best on the market; this selection can be debated, but what is indisputable is that Pierre knows the equipment he sells perfectly. Just a quick note to tell you that, back at my apartment, I plugged my new Vectura M speakers cable into my NAD amp and... I didn't recognize my amp !

What a refinement in the high end ! What a splendid midrange ! I use my little NAD (entry-level, no less) a lot, especially for headphone listening, to avoid wearing out the tubes in my Viva 845. Its headphone jack is excellent. It was usually connected with my €1000+ Transparent cables and an RCA/XLR adapter... Well, the Vecturas are even better !

Seriously, you've designed exceptional cables, and I wanted to tell you again, they're a real joy. The LCD4, like the Abyss but to a lesser extent, has a rather sensitive treble when used with the original (silver) cable, but with the Vectura Ms, it's perfect. I think it's the best interconnect cable I've ever owned (and far from the more expensive).

I have a feeling I'll be back to order a second pair from you someday, with XLR connectors !

(In the end, I believe it truly offers excellent value for money for a headphone amplifier costing almost €4500).

I've had a chance to listen to the XI Audio Formula S thoroughly, and I really like it ! If I had to sum it up in a few words, I'd say transparent, detailed, and neutral. It offers a very beautiful and quite different listening experience compared to the Utopia or the Odin; I find these two headphones very complementary. I greatly appreciate the high level of detail in the Formula S, which I find a cut above the Prautes. The Cypher Labs Prautes also offered a very beautiful listening experience, but I found it more "charming," less rigorous and balanced than the Formula S. I'm eager to see what the designed Formula S power supply will bring….

After 24 hours of "break-in," I finally listened to the LCD-4/Solaris with Pierre's Vectura C cable (5 meters): violins, vocals, large orchestras, opera, piano—it was a true revelation, both for the silky, full timbre and for a soundstage I didn't think was possible with headphones.

But it's in the bass that I was most surprised, having been wary of the word "lean" used by Pierre: it's full, punchy when needed, and nicely rounded on the double basses (Shostakovitch). In short, a masterful achievement and a must-have in terms of build quality.

Well, after managing to get hold of the necessary cables at the last minute yesterday, I'm back in touch. My Auris HA2 + HE1000 setup is simply... magnificent. Whether with the Hifiman or the Vali, this amplifier is superb. The transparency is striking. I have very eclectic listening tastes, meaning it adapts to my mood, ranging from classic jazz to Bach, Jordi Savall, or even... Marseille rap (smile). The Vali is also a very pleasant surprise, especially with the genres of the 70s and 80s, which I also love to listen to. I treated myself to a magnificent pair of Kennerton Odin headphones, a truly beautiful product, undeniably high-performing and wonderfully musical. Its only real drawback is the connection cable, which is unfortunately too short for my needs. My headphone amplifier is a bit far from my listening position, and the standard 2-meter cable that comes with the Odin isn't long enough for comfortable use. I therefore needed a longer cable, but one still suited to the Kennerton Odin headphones' requirements. This choice isn't so simple because headphones don't behave like speakers. The headphone cable is sometimes entirely integrated into the technical specifications that allow for the best possible listening experience, and opting for a cable from a third-party provider can be a risky gamble. Since the frequency response of headphones is never linear in the mid-high and high frequencies, the type of conductor used for the headphone cable is sometimes crucial. This explains why some manufacturers supply a cable with a copper/silver conductor, and why other types of conductors are unsuitable for the headphones. Other situations involving simple copper are also true. Personally, I absolutely didn't want to risk altering the Kennerton Odin's sonic signature, and I didn't want to take any chances whatsoever. So I called upon the expertise of Pierre Paya, as he builds his own cables and, more importantly, he listens to and knows his products inside and out. Since Pierre imports Kennerton and is a true enthusiast, he has explored the full potential of the Odin. Pierre was therefore THE specialist who could best advise me. As usual, Pierre didn't pressure me and explained the characteristics of the Symbiose and Vectura C drivers with the Odin. I opted for the Vectura C even though I'm a firm believer in OCC copper, but Pierre's analysis led me to choose a new option, and I'm more than delighted! Pierre made me a Vectura C cable in an unusual length of 3.5 meters with a balanced 4-pin XLR termination. The Vectura C suits me perfectly in more ways than one. To begin with, the workmanship is excellent; you can tell Pierre loves what he does. Secondly, the Vectura C is very flexible and therefore very comfortable to use, which is a crucial factor for headphones. Most importantly, of course, is the sound quality and musical performance, and on this point, the Vectura C exceeds my expectations. The Odin already worked well with its original cable, but the Vectura C further enhances the listening experience with added naturalness and spaciousness, accentuating listening comfort and overall musical performance.

A big thank you to Pierre for his advice and availability; When the professional is also (and especially) passionate, it changes everything !

I just opened the package for my Vali headphones and discovered a magnificent box and superb headphones with their retro, new-age look. The box alone surpasses even the best of Sennheiser, and in comparison, Grado's "Pizza" boxes, even for their high-end models, border on deception and a lack of respect for their customers. If the quality lives up to the packaging, which I have no doubt it does given your glowing praise for the Vali headphones, I'm going to rediscover my entire music collection over time... Congratulations on being the exclusive importer of this brand, which is still too little known. I'll give the headphones a good break-in period before making any hasty comparisons.

It's Father's Day today, so I opened my little package to discover your superb Vectura C cable ! The finish is impeccable, as usual. It's also much more flexible than the original cable on my Odin, which was causing transmitted friction noise. Listening to it, my ears are quite surprised by the change. I really feel like I've gained a lot, especially in dynamics and airiness, though less so in timbre.

I wasn't expecting such a difference... In short, I'm completely charmed !
